First, remove the emergency key by pressing the small button on the side of the fob. Then, take a pointed object and pry off the back cover of the fob. Underneath, you will find the battery, which you can remove and replace with a new CR 2032 battery, ensuring the positive side is facing up. Finally, close the fob cover and reinsert the emergency key.
