How to use the footpegs on a Dodge Ram 1500

Model: RAM 1500 MK 5, DT - Years 2019-2026

How to set the footpegs to automatically roll out when you unlock your Ram 1500. It's simply a screen-based setting: select "Power side step" and check "auto" so that the footpegs stay in the stowed position when the car is closed and which open automatically when a door is opened. If, on the other hand, you want to establish when the platforms open, you must set the "store" mode. The platforms automatically retract when the vehicle exceeds 8 km/h. If your vehicle is equipped with rear footpegs, you can easily remove them by pressing the tab that protrudes from the bodywork. You will be able to get on and off comfortably from the pick-up platform. To close it, just push it towards the center of the car.

Remove the Front Door Panel on Mercedes C

Remove the front door panel on Mercedes C to access the window switch assembly. Disconnect the battery terminals in the engine compartment. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws located in the upper lever opening area and the screws in the handle (after removing the plastic screw covers). Remove the trim near the lock, unscrew any remaining screws on the door panel, and detach the retaining clips. Finally, pull off the panel and disconnect it from the door (unplug the power harness and the opening cable). Unscrew or detach the retaining clips of the window switch assembly.
