To proceed with replacing the battery of the key remote for a Ram 3500 vehicle, you will only need a small flathead screwdriver and the new battery, model CR 2450 with 3V. Let's start by taking our remote and pressing the button on the side of the casing, which will allow us to remove the metal key inside. At this point, take the small screwdriver and insert the tip of it on the upper edge of the remote, on the short side; apply leverage to open the casing. Now we can proceed to remove the exhausted battery and replace it with the new one.
