In this video, you can see a simple way to fix a problem affecting Renault Clio, especially the IV version: the headlights work strangely or do not work at all. The issue may be caused by the relays responsible for this function, located in the fuse box situated in the cabin, between the steering wheel and the driver's door, at the bottom of the dashboard.

These are relays 1-2-3. Relay number 1 does not directly affect the external lights, but the YouTuber suggests removing them and then putting all three back in place.

This way, you should resolve the issue with the lights not functioning properly.
