Today, you will learn how to remove and replace the headlining on a Renault Scenic Mk2 that has lost adhesion. Although many suggest gluing it without removing it for a neat finish, it is necessary to remove the entire covering.

Start by removing all the screws that hold the roof covering in place. Also, remove the central light, handles, and sun visors.

For this operation, you will need a 10mm Torx spanner. After that, you can take the roof out of the vehicle and remove all the damaged fabric.

Use a scraper to remove the old glue, and after cleaning the area, apply fabric glue. Stick the new fabric in place and then refit it to the vehicle.
