Quickly Dismantle the Lock

Model: Renault Scenic MK 2, Scenic 2 - Years 2003-2009
Part: Door lock

Open the door and locate the useful hole that will allow you to dismantle the lock. This opening is located on the edge of the door, in the portion of metal corresponding to the door stop. Insert a metal tool with a hook into this circular opening and hold it upwards, ensuring that what you are using is the correct length to reach the unlocking mechanism. Once you have hooked the mechanism from inside the door, rotate the hook to the left until it completes a 180° turn. At this point, pull the hook out of the slot, making a movement parallel to the door. This will allow you to extract the lock cylinder.
