In this video we can see the results of the tests carried out by EuroNCap regarding the various safety systems of the Renault Capture, which have earned this vehicle the prestigious five-star rating. The assisted braking system at 50 km/h is able to stop on its own without rear-ending the stationary or slowing vehicle in front of us, and is able to stop without hitting a pedestrian at 60 km/h and at 30 km/h; the same goes for a cyclist at 45 km/h and at 60 km/h. The lane-keeping system is also very effective; in withstanding a side impact, the vehicle has proven to be very effective for the occupants, and we can see that the strong frontal impact has caused damage to the vehicle, both full and corner. Even the side impact specific to the vehicle devastates the vehicle but the cell manages to protect the passengers.
