How to replace the cabin filter on a Renault Scenic. Open the door and remove the trim located on the right side of the dashboard. Use a plastic lever to detach the covering on the side of the dashboard. Obtain a screwdriver or a cordless drill, open the glove compartment, and unscrew the fastening screws around the perimeter with a screwdriver. Once this is done, pull out the glove compartment and disconnect the power cables. Extract the cabin filter from its housing, insert the new part into the filter housing, and reassemble all components of the glove compartment as they were removed previously.
