In this video, we see how to operate in case the 12-volt battery is dead and we are unable to start our Kangoo ZE EV. In this case, we will need to manually unlock the gear shift to put it in neutral and move it for recovery on the tow truck. Doing this operation is not particularly easy, but we can do it without tools. First, we need to remove the plastic frame around the gear shift lever so we can lift the boot; inside, we will find a small white pin at the base of the lever that allows us to put the gear shift in neutral to be able to tow the vehicle.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
