When we notice that hot air is not coming out of the car vents, despite activating the control, it could be due to various problems, including the breakage of one of the knobs. To investigate this further, we need to disassemble these knobs, so let's get to work: to reach the aforementioned knobs, we need to first remove the ashtray and the cigarette lighter, located on the dashboard, then the knob group, installed immediately above, by unscrewing the fixing screws.
