How to change the cabin filter of the Renault Megane IV

Let's see how to change the cabin air filter (also known as pollen filter) on a Renault Megane IV: the car must be turned off; the filter is located in the engine compartment, on the passenger side, at the bottom, near the windshield, protected by a black cover. Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, unscrew the only long screw on the cover; it is a very easy screw to see and reach, then finish unscrewing it by hand and remove the cover. Remove the old filter and clean the compartment well from dust and residue, before installing the new clean filter. This must be installed so that the arrows always point downwards; reassemble the cover by screwing the torx screw to secure it. Operation completed.
