How do you remove the door seal of the Renault Clio?

In this video we observe the opposite process to what is required in the subject, but it still gives us a clear idea of how to proceed, in case we want to disassemble the seal of a Renault Clio door. We noticed the plastic stops to be inserted in the aforementioned seal and then to be inserted in the door profile, first placing them and then pressing on them. So, for disassembly we will have to proceed in the opposite way, that is, levering with a screwdriver or a specific bodywork tool on said stops and detach them. We can say that the job is not so complex after all.
