To adjust the time, first, turn on the ignition; after starting the ignition, press the button with the up arrow, navigate through the menu until you reach the SET option, wait for the time to start flashing, then press and hold the down arrow button until the hour starts flashing.

At this point, use the up arrow button to adjust the hour; once set, hold the down arrow button to switch to minutes, adjust the minutes, then hold the down arrow button to confirm. Once confirmed, restart the ignition.
