How to Change the Fuel Filter on a Renault Kadjar?

To replace the fuel filter on a diesel Renault Kadjar, park the vehicle on a flat surface, turn off the engine, and open the bonnet. Depending on the engine type, the fuel filter may be located at the bottom of the engine compartment, near the right front wheel arch.

Safely lift the vehicle and remove any necessary protection to access the housing. Position a container under the filter, disconnect the electrical connector if present, and carefully detach the fuel pipe connections.

Unscrew the support fixings and extract the old filter. Install the new one, ensuring it is in the original position, then reconnect the pipes and the connector.

Prime the system according to the procedure for the engine, avoiding starting it dry. Finally, start the engine and check for any fuel leaks.
