How to Easily Remove the Rear Light on a Renault Kangoo

To remove the rear light on a Renault Kangoo, open the boot lid. On the inside, corresponding to the light, there is a plastic access panel: remove it by prying with a flat screwdriver or with your hands. Inside, you will find the retaining nuts for the light (usually three).

Unscrew the nuts with a socket wrench (generally 10 mm). Caution: hold the light with one hand while unscrewing the last nuts to prevent it from falling. Once all the nuts are unscrewed, pull the light outwards.

At the back of the light are the electrical connectors: disconnect them by pressing the release tabs. At this point, the light is free.

For reassembly, reconnect the connectors, reinsert the light into its housing, screw in the nuts, and close the access panel.
