Replacing the Timing Belt

Model: Renault Clio MK 2, Clio 2 - Years 1998-2005
Part: Timing belt

Once you have removed the plastic cover protecting the timing belt, rotate the crankshaft pulley until all timing marks are aligned: to facilitate disassembly, it is necessary to remove the engine mount (so support the engine with a jack). At this point, using a pair of pliers, loosen the tensioner to remove the timing belt (it is advisable to replace the tensioner and the bearing along with the belt).
Then reposition the belt, ensuring that the timing marks are maintained, and tension it by adjusting the appropriate tensioner.

How to remove the front seats from a classic Fiat 500? In this video, follow these steps: first, slide the seats forward and lift them up, then unscrew the retaining bolts on the rails fixed to the car's chassis using a socket or impact driver (use appropriate release agents if the bolts do not unscrew). Remove the retaining bolts at the bottom of the car (use spanners on both the upper and lower parts of the connecting bolts). Finally, install the new front seat by following the disassembly steps mentioned earlier.
