Is the fuel flap stuck? How do you remove the actuator for the fuel flap? Let’s see how to disassemble it from inside the cabin. Open the boot, detach the side fabric cover, then reach the actuator for the fuel flap.

Grip the plastic actuator with your hands: disconnect the electrical connector and the release cable for the flap. Now that the fuel flap is unlocked, open it and remove it for replacement.

Replace the damaged actuator with a new one of the same type and voltage.
