How to remove the headlight of a Renault Megane

Model: Renault Megane Megane 3, Megane III - Years 2008-2015
Part: Headlight

Before we can begin, we will have to go and open the front hood of our Renault Megane, thus reaching the screws that secure the headlight to the car. Let's start by unhooking and removing the metal retaining clip. Once this is done, we can go and unscrew and remove the bolts that secure the light with a ten-point socket wrench. Once we have removed the bolts, we can go and extract the light from its housing. By doing so, we will have reached the rear pins, which we will have to go and disconnect. When we have completed this step, we will be able to remove the light completely, and we will have finished the disassembly.

How to Remove the Front Shock Absorber on a Peugeot 406

How to remove the front shock absorber on a Peugeot 406? The first step is to lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts (engine bay), lift the car on a column lift and remove the front wheel. Unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts at the wheel hub (detach the brake line clips with a screwdriver). Unscrew the bolts on the side, then remove the shock absorber from its housing (place a support under the bar). Compare the old part with the new one and prepare for installation. Fit the new shock absorber to the car, working in reverse order.
