Removing the Alternator on Renault Megane 3

Unscrew the pulley bolt that tensions the alternator belt using a 16 mm spanner. Once the belt is loosened, remove it. Unscrew the two rather hidden bolts that secure the alternator from underneath, as shown in the video, and remove them completely. At this point, most of the work is done, and the difficulty lies in extracting the alternator: this will be quite complicated due to the very limited space. For this reason, it is advisable to remove the front bumper by unscrewing all the bolts underneath and above: this way, you can slightly move the various parts around the alternator and extract it.
