Removing the Rear Bumper on a Scenic

How do you remove the bumper from a Scenic? Let's look at removing the bumper from above the rear of the car. Lift the tailgate to access the fastening screws and the back of the lights. Unscrew the fastening bolts located at the back of the lights (after removing the inspection caps), and remove them after disconnecting the power connectors. Unscrew the screws located at the bottom of the bumper, then remove the screws located at the sides of the wheel arch liners of the car. Once the bumper is free from any screws or bolts, take it by hand and pull it away from the rear of the car. Refit a new rear bumper along with the rear lights.
