How to Remove the Rear Bumper of a Renault Scenic III

To remove the rear bumper of a Renault Scenic III, start by opening the tailgate: at the bottom (between the tailgate and the boot), you will find a series of Torx screws that need to be removed. Behind the plastic cover of the wheel arch, there are Torx screws that secure the bumper to the body: remove these on both sides. Under the bumper, near the exhaust pipe, there are additional screws securing it to the chassis. Now, pull the bumper outward, starting from the corners; there may be clips that detach with a flathead screwdriver. Once all screws and clips are removed, the bumper should come off: it will only be connected by electrical connectors, which you will disconnect carefully. On this model, it is not necessary to remove the rear lights.
