Replacing the battery in a Renault key card is very simple, a task that anyone can perform without needing to go to a workshop. First, extract the spare manual key from the card by pressing the appropriate side button. Now, using any fine cutting tool (some use the same key, but I recommend using a small flat screwdriver to avoid damaging the key), lever in the central slot of the small round seat where the battery is inserted, which you can then easily replace. Nothing could be easier!
