Replacing Brake Pads on a Modus

Model: Renault Modus MK 1 - Years 2004-2013

Are the brake pads worn? Do you want to replace them? Start by removing the wheel to access the brake assembly. Lift the car using a jack to your desired height, then remove the wheel (using a socket wrench or air impact gun) along with the respective bolts. Unscrew the locking bolt of the brake caliper and remove it from the wheel hub. Use a screwdriver to detach the old brake pads from the caliper, and then remove the brake caliper itself. Install the new brake pads into the caliper, then reassemble all the components.
