To open the bonnet of the Renault Clio, pull up the lever located to the left of the driver's footwell: once the lever is pulled, you will notice that the bonnet has been released. To lift it, lower the catch located at the front centre: by moving this catch, the bonnet will be raised, allowing access to the components inside the engine bay. To close the bonnet again, lower it with sufficient force so that the latch locks securely.
