In this tutorial, see how to replace the remote battery on a Renault Trafic van, an extremely simple and quick operation. To do this, you will only need a small flathead screwdriver and a DL1220 3V battery.

First, locate the slot on the lower left side of the remote, then insert the screwdriver tip into it, lever it open, and separate the two halves. Once done, remove the old battery using the screwdriver again, position the replacement with the positive terminal facing you, and reassemble everything.
