Renault Captur Battery Replacement
Model: Renault Captur
MK 1
- Years 2013-2019
Let's see how to Replace the battery of the Renault Captur when this becomes necessary. We open the hood of the engine compartment, and the battery will be positioned on our right. We begin the disassembly by unscrewing the screw that holds the fixing bracket using a spanner with an extension, we remove the terminals starting from the negative pole and then moving on to the positive, we remove the breather tube. We can thus remove the old battery. We clean the terminals from oxide residues, pass a thin layer of copper paste on the poles of the new battery and place it in its seat. Put the two clamps back on starting from the positive, screw the fixing bracket and insert the breather tube.

How to Remove the Front Brake Pads on a Chrysler PT Cruiser
To remove the front brake pads on a Chrysler PT Cruiser, position the car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable height. Unscrew the pins using a socket wrench or air drill and remove the wheel. Then, use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads. Next, remove the caliper bracket and unscrew the pins on the brake disc (using a Torx screwdriver). Pull the disc towards you to slide it off the hub. Install the new brake disc with all associated pins, secure the caliper bracket to the disc and the pads, then mount the brake caliper, ensuring all pins are tightened properly. Before mounting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper and tighten the pin. by ScegliAuto More videos
