Start by inserting the key and turning on the ignition; it is not necessary to start the engine. Next, scroll horizontally through the screens until you reach the one represented by a car. Once you have done this, scroll vertically until you reach the maintenance screen, then press and hold the "OK" button to perform the reset. Finally, restart the vehicle and check that the operation was successful.
