How to Repair the Cabin Fan Motor on a Renault Modus

If the cabin fan does not activate at any speed when turned on, the issue is not the usual resistor that controls the speed, but rather wear on the motor's brushes. This is a 12-volt DC motor equipped with brushes that can wear out but can be replaced. First, remove the motor from the air duct and take off the fan protection grille to access the motor and the brush holder. At this point, you can extract the old brushes and insert the new ones, soldering the corresponding wire.
