How to Adjust the Side Door of the Renault Master

After extensive use, the side door of the Renault Master van may not close properly or may come off the track. In such cases, maintenance is required before the locking mechanism or track gets damaged. To adjust the door, first, remove all the Torx screws securing the track, then clean the track with WD-40 spray. Once the track is degreased, refit all the screws using a 27 mm Torx spanner, tighten any screws that were not previously removed, and test the opening and closing of the door.
