To replace the cup holder on a Saab 9-7X, use a plastic trim removal tool and a star screwdriver. The cup holder can be replaced with either an original or an aftermarket part, available online or at auto parts stores; in the following video tutorial, we will install an original cup holder. Using the trim removal tool, remove the cover of the centre console, taking care not to damage the fan connector. Next, use the screwdriver to unscrew the retaining screws of the previous cup holder. Remove the cup holder and insert the new one into the same housing. After tightening the retaining screw, reattach the cover of the centre console.
