Disassembling the Remote Key Shell

Modern ignition keys contain a remote system for opening doors, but they are made of thin plastic, making them quite delicate and prone to breaking. If the key shell breaks, it is necessary to replace the plastic parts to recover the key, so you do not have to change the ignition lock as well. However, it is often difficult to find original plastic parts or parts of the same model, so modifications are necessary to adapt the key into another shell, possibly from vehicles of a different brand. Using a soldering iron, typically used in electronics, you will need to make some internal modifications to the shell to fit it to the key mechanism.
