Replacing Remote Control Battery on Seat Ibiza

Model: Seat Ibiza 6P, 6J - Years 2008-2017

Press the designated side button to extract the manual key from the remote control, as shown in the video. Now split the remote control in half by removing the upper cover where the battery is fixed. You can use a small flathead screwdriver or a plastic wedge, although you may also manage to do it with your hands. Once done, extract the battery by prying from underneath with the small flat screwdriver. Insert the new CR2032 battery and reassemble the remote control, obviously proceeding in reverse order.
