Replacing the battery of the remote for the Seat Ibiza, as shown in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. For this, you will need a replacement battery of type CR2025 and a small flat-head screwdriver. First, extend the emergency key by pressing the appropriate button, then lever along the newly exposed edge to unlock the rear cover. Once done, remove the old battery using the screwdriver, insert the replacement the right way round, and reassemble everything.
