Instructions for Opening the Front Bonnet

If the front bonnet remains closed even after pulling the release lever, it is likely that the cable has broken. In this case, you need to find a way to open the bonnet without breaking anything. First, get a piece of wire about 1 metre long and not too thin, shaping one end into a hook and making a small handle on the other end. The idea is to hook the closure latch of the bonnet lock and release it, as if you were pulling the cable. To access the lock, remove the front grille and insert the wire, trying to hook the latch located just below the air conditioning pipe (a body shop professional should be able to assist you with this maneuver).
