To correctly replace the battery of your Seat Leon 1P key (2005-2013), follow the steps outlined in this guide. First, take the key and press the small metal button located at the top to release the emergency key. Next, remove the rear cover and locate the exhausted battery.

Finally, simply remove the old battery and replace it with a new compatible button battery. Refit the rear cover and the procedure is complete.
