To replace the engine cases on the Sherco TY 125, loosen the bolts that secure the engine in its housing so that it can be removed. Once the engine is removed, proceed by loosening the bolts that secure the cylinder at the top, completely removing it. Now, the bolts securing the two side cases can be unscrewed, allowing you to remove the cases while setting aside the internal components of the engine. These components should then be placed inside the new cases, followed by reinstalling the cylinder at the top.
