To change the engine oil on the Sherco SEF 300, access the central lower part of the bike where the oil drain plug is located. Use a suitable spanner to unscrew it after removing the bash plate, and collect all the used oil in a properly positioned container. Once the oil has completely drained, loosen the screws securing the left-hand side cover to remove the oil filter located underneath. After replacing the filter, refit the cover and the drain plug, pouring new oil through the filler hole on the right side of the machine.
