How to change the battery of a Skoda Octavia

In this video tutorial, we can see the steps to follow to replace the battery of a Skoda Octavia 3 car. First, open the hood of the car, secure it with the appropriate rod, and locate the battery box; lift the protective cover and proceed by first disconnecting the clamp with the negative pole and then the one with the positive pole. At this point, remove the protective cover and unscrew the support at the base of the battery and finally remove it. Remove the exhausted battery and proceed to replace it by inserting the new battery in the appropriate seat. This time, connect the clamp with the positive pole first and then the one with the negative pole.
