Today, we will see the instructions that will allow you to dismantle and replace the gear shift knob on a Skoda Fabia. First, get inside the cabin and start by detaching the gear gaiter from the base, prying it off from the sides; then, detach the clip found between the gaiter and the knob, pulling firmly upwards to separate the components from the gear lever, as illustrated in the video. At this point, install the gaiter in order and then the knob, placing a clip between the two components to secure them on the gear lever.
