You can clear the Service light from the instrument panel of the Škoda Octavia by holding down the button located in the central lower part of the panel while it is off: continue to hold the button down, insert the ignition key into the switch to turn it on. Once the ignition is on, you can release the button and then turn it counterclockwise; this will clear the light from the panel, which can then be turned off.
