How do you reset the Service light on the Škoda Octavia?

On board the Škoda Octavia, to reset the Service light you need to turn on the instrument panel, so that you can navigate through the menu that is present on the instrument panel. You will need to press the central button labeled "0.0/SET" until the icon of the wrench appears on the instrument panel. Once the icon appears, you will need to turn off the instrument panel and turn it back on immediately. In this way, you will be able to see that the Service light has been permanently reset and along with it, also the maintenance interval.
