Watch this video to learn how to remove the main window switch on the Skoda Octavia MK3: first, remove the cover of the internal door handle. It is clipped in place, so it should not be difficult to pry it off or pull it with some force.

From here, you can see a hole where you can insert a screwdriver and lever to release the switch panel from its housing; disconnect the electrical connector by pressing it inwards and downwards. To refit, follow the reverse procedure.
