In order to remove the external handle of the Škoda Octavia, you need to open the corresponding door so that you can access the hole located in this position: you will need to insert an object to pry it inside, so that the cylinder is unlocked and can now be removed from its seat. Once the cylinder has been removed, you will notice that the handle is released and can be removed from inside its seat; at this point it will be possible to insert the new handle and the corresponding cylinder, fixing everything in place.
