These short and simple steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the gear lever knob of the Smart Fortwo. First of all, we get into the car and start pulling the gear knob upwards with force, until it comes off and we remove it from the lever; if necessary, we also remove the gear lever boot. At this point, we proceed to install the new gear knob, of the right type, by first reassembling the boot; if necessary, we fix the knob on the boot (using a strap, for example), making sure that the knob is securely attached to the gear lever!

In this video, learn how to replace the damaged number plate bulb on a Fiat 600. Use a screwdriver or plastic lever to remove the number plate light unit located in the rear bumper of the car. Once the light unit is removed, extract the lamp holder with your hands, then disconnect the bulb from it. Fit the new bulb/LED (same size and voltage) into the lamp holder, then reassemble the light unit into the bodywork of the tailgate, pressing it until the clips lock automatically.
