You can replace the clutch actuator on the Smart Roadster by lifting the car to access the components underneath: once the vehicle is lifted, you can locate the screws that secure the actuator to its housing. This will also allow you to disconnect the connectors attached to it, so you can insert the new part: after the new actuator has been inserted, secure it and reconnect everything to ensure that it functions correctly.
