How to open the front hood of a Smart Fortwo for maintenance and topping up? Let's see how to proceed. We open the plastic levers placed on the sides of the front grille with our hands. Once the front plastic is free, lift it up with your hands, then remove it from the car body (as shown in the video). Once the aforementioned piece has been removed, we carry out maintenance on our car. To proceed with the assembly, we fix the plastic coating with our hands on the front part of the nose and then on the lower part. Finally, we close the levers of the front hood opening with our hands.
