Disassembly of the Smart Fortwo 451 shock absorber

In today's video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the shock absorbers of a Smart Fortwo 451. First we go to remove the wheel of the affected part and then we go to lift the car with a hydraulic jack: then we open the engine hood and go to unscrew the upper bolt of the shock absorber with a socket wrench; once done we go to remove the support bracket and the rubber and remove the nut of the shock absorber connected to the arm. At this point we can remove the shock absorber and replace it with the new one: follow the video to the end for further explanations.
