Replacing the coolant on Smart Fortwo

Model: Smart Smart 451 - Years 2007-2015
Part: Checks and maintenance

We replace the coolant of a Smart Fortwo. Let's see how it replaces. We open the plastic levers placed on the sides of the front grille with our hands. Once the fasteners in the front are released, push the hood panel downwards with your hands, then detach it. Once the front hood is removed, we carry out maintenance on our car. We unscrew the screw of the sleeve to let the liquid out under the vehicle (we use lifting jack). Top up the coolant in the dedicated tank once everything has been emptied. We close the front of the car with the cover.
