Start by inserting the tip of a small flathead screwdriver into the gap between the switch cover and the door panel, then pry it off. This will detach the switch cover enough for you to remove it by hand. Next, insert the tip of the flathead screwdriver into the gap between the switch and its support, and pry again.

Once this step is completed, you will have detached the switch, and to remove it completely, simply disconnect its connectors, successfully finishing the disassembly.
