This video shows how to remove the original car radio from a Smart Fortwo 450 and 451, the first and second series respectively. First, get inside the car and remove the lower controls by gently prying at the sides; then disconnect the electrical connector located at the back, as illustrated in the video. Next, unscrew the fixing screw inside the hole and remove the plastic cover of the centre console; finally, remove the car radio by unscrewing the side screws and disconnecting the connectors at the back!
